Arcusin to launch lower-priced bale chaser

Arcusin UK will show a new lower-priced bale chaser for the 2012 season at this month’s LAMMA Show. The Autostack XP54 works in a similar way to the existing Arcusin Autostack FS, but is a more basic model. However, it has the Arcusin fully automated loading system and is said to be capable of high work rates.

It can handle any dimension of large square, standard-length bale up to a stacking height of 5.4m. It comes with 600mm-wide flotation tyres fitted as standard and has a single axle that is said to improve manoeuvrability. Side panels are optional.

“The XP54 is ideally suited to large-scale farmers and smaller-scale contractors whose operations would benefit from a bale chaser, but who cannot easily justify the higher investment required to purchase the Arcusin FS models. With the XP54 model they will not need to compromise on work rates,” says Arcusin UK director Stephen Gillman.
