THE BUZZARD 8m is the latest addition to the Bomford flagship flail-cutter range.

The 8m hedge/verge-trimmer is available with either a 1.2m or a 1.5m cutting head, both of which can be fitted with a choice of six flail types.

Power to the cutting head is via a gear-driven pump which delivers 64hp. A power increase of 25% is available if the optional load-sensing, piston-driven pump is specified.

With an overall weight of 2490kg, Bomford recommends a minimum tractor weight of 4500kg and 100hp for the Buzzard.

Prices for the new machine start from £29,750.
