Caterpillar has appointed WH Bond & Sons as its agricultural dealer for East Cornwall and West Devon.

WH Bond & Sons was established in 1957 and has specialised in plant hire and construction equipment sales for a number of years.

The Saltash-based firm was appointed by Caterpillar as area dealer for construction equipment in 2012 and it has just been given responsibility for agricultural machinery sales, too.

The company also runs a 610ha arable farm, sells timber products and has civil engineering, landscaping and recycling arms.
