Claas and Thurlow Nunn Standen expand distribution agreements
Following a tie-up with Claas Western last year, Abbey Machinery is to join another member of the in-house Claas dealer network, this time with the southern branch.
The new deal sees all Abbey products including slurry tankers, diet feeders, manure spreaders and toppers available through the dealer, across the Kent, Sussex and Surrey regions.
Another arrangement for in the Claas family sees the eastern branch expand its product line up to become the sole dealer for Samson Agro in the Eastern counties. Â

The branch sells the Claas and Lemken brands so the arrangement means muck and slurry products are available, too.
Also in the east of England, machinery dealer Thurlow Nunn Standen (TNS) has been appointed as the distributor for Major Equipment as part of the manufacturer’s plan to streamline its dealer network, to offer better service to customers.
TNS will take on sales, service and spare parts back up for the full range including toppers, rollers and slurry tankers across Suffolk, Cambridgeshire and Norfolk.
