Jeremy received his winner’s tankard from Michele Jackson, general manager of the Promosalons UK, the company that promotes the SIMA Show, Paris, in Britain. Also pictured is Andrew Mahon, manager of Charlton Farms Banbury, Oxfordshire who nominated Andrew.
Both the winning dealer and the farmer who nominated him won an expenses-paid visit to the SIMA show, where the trophy was presented, along with their partners “Jeremy’s knowledge and commitment to the machinery sector is superb,” said Mr Mahon. “He is always prepared to give that extra bit of attention to our machinery policy,” he added.
The winner attributed his success to delivering a high-value service to customers. “The key to success is offering a complete package – the right services, the right products and the right back-up,” said Mr Turney.
The Farm Machinery Dealer of the Year competition is staged by Farmers Weekly and SIMA.
