Knight Farm Machinery has added a new mid-sized press with working widths from 3-7m to its range of cultivation equipment.

 

Like the existing M and C models, the new SC machines feature detachable beams that allow the soil-working elements to be changed quickly and easily to suit the soil conditions and cultivation system in use. 

With its four beams, the new SC model fills the gap between the compact M press and the larger C press, which has five tool beams. 

The tools available for the SC press include front rollers for accurate depth control, rigid tines, spring tines, disc modules, Dutch levelling tines and deep loosening tines with shear-bolt protection. 

Discs are individually rubber-mounted for shock absorption and the tines are available with a wide choice of Speed-Loc quick-change points. 

Behind the soil-working elements are two rows of 700mm-diameter shouldered segmented rings incorporating Knight’s well-proven Revolver technology that minimises blockages.
