JCB launches website for spare parts, lubricants and fluids
© JCB Owners of JCB machinery can now submit out-of-hours orders for service items and genuine spares through a new Parts Online platform.
The website allows customers to search for bits, add serial or part numbers to check compatibility, and pay for any purchases by card or via a dealer credit account.

Orders are fulfilled by the firm’s existing dealer network, with the option of same or next day “click and collect” from a local depot, or direct delivery to farm.
So far, JCB has populated the site with 1,200 of the most commonly requested parts. More will be uploaded later this year.
Among them are components for powertrains, undercarriages and electrical and lighting systems, as well as lubricants, service fluids and filters.
