Farmtrac tractors to be sold in UK by Surrey Power Machines

Farmtrac tractors are to be officially imported into the UK by Surrey Power Machines, based at Claygate, Surrey.
The Polish company has a manufacturing base in its home country and also sells smaller Indian-made models that meet EU regs. The £9,995 Ford-derived Farmtrac 535, for instance, has a 33hp engine, an 8×2 mechanical transmission and folding rollbar and looks well suited to yard duties.
Next up from that is the Farmtrac 555 and 555DT with 3 cylinder, 48hp AVL engine, 8+2 constant-mesh mechanical transmissions, 2wd or 4wd and either cab or rollbar.
The 4wd Premium range (70-110hp) uses more familiar components like Carraro axles, ZF transmissions and Perkins engines. The cab has optional air-con and the tractor meets Tier3a emissions regs.
The Farmtrac FT 670DT has a four-cylinder 66hp engine and 12+12 transmission, while the FT675 has a 75hp version with Carraro 12 +12 mechanical transmission and synchro shuttle.
Go up the power range and you come to the FT685 DT with 82hp 4-cylinder Perkins engine, 24/24 gearbox and Carrraro transmission and the FT690 DT with 88hp Perkins engine and 24/24 transmission. At the top of the range are the Farmtrac FT7100 DT with 98hp and 16/16 gearbox with powershift and the FT7100 DT with 110 hp and powershift.
