BvL unveils new mid-range mixer wagon

BvL’s self-propelled mixer wagon fleet has gained a new member in the form of the mid-range V-Mix Drive Maximus Plus 2S.
Powered by a 174hp, four-cylinder engine, the machine slots between the existing single- and double-auger variants, combining the base of the former with the tub of the latter.

This gives the newcomer a large capacity of 19cu m or 21cu m, but with a modestly-sized power unit that is more economical than the six-cylinder version found in the double auger variant.
The downsize has no impact on mixing performance, says BvL.
The wagon is suitable for travelling short distances on the road, allowing farmers to move between remote barns or feed livestock on a nearby farm.
As with the existing machines, the new model comes with automatic remixing and a crawler gear function as standard, and can be specced with optional extras such as more storage space, an LED light unit to sit above the cab, and the firm’s new “bird view” panoramic camera system.
