Krone plans 2005 vintage display
TO MARK the centenary of this longstanding Emsland-based manufacturer in 2006, Krone will be holding a special exhibition of its historic agricultural machinery scheduled to open in the autumn of 2005.
The company is currently on the hunt for vintage machinery made at its Spelle factory, and the older the better according to Krone.
Anyone in possession of a vintage Krone machinery is requested to contact the company.
Written details of the machine type and year of construction, accompanied by a recent photograph of the machine are required.
The sole condition is that the machine submitted for inclusion must be at least 40 years old.
Participants should note that the machines will need to be loaned to Krone for a period of six months from October 2005.
Krone is keen to point out that all owners of such vintage pieces that are actually included in the centenary exhibition will receive a prestigious gift by way of reward.
