Valtra specs up its ‘bling’ tractors
Valtra is building a batch of 50 ultra-high-spec Revolution versions of its T141, T171 and T191 tractors, initially for the Finnish home market.
They have a DVD player, a TV screen that retracts into the roof, 400W Alpine audio system, xenon worklights, LED tail-lights and a heated leather seat.
Paint job? You guessed it – metallic black.
New McCormick dealers
McCormick has appointed 10 new dealers to cover an area from Oxfordshire to Perthshire.
According to the company, the aim of the recruitment campaign has been to improve market coverage by filling vacant territories and replacing dealers lacking commitment to the McCormick product range.
More signings are expected over the coming months.
Meaner Rhino for 2008
Mean-looking 2008 Yamaha Rhino 700 4wd buggy has 686cc petrol engine, 36-litre fuel tank, disc brakes all round and car-type controls.
A hi/lo belt-driven CVT system is fitted and reverse gear has been set lower to help backing out in difficult situations. There’s also push-button switching between 2wd, limited-slip 4wd and diff-locked 4wd.
The rear load area can carry 181kg and the buggy will tow 550kg.
Cost is £7699 including VAT.
