Lamma 2013 will be the first public showing for New Holland’s T5 Electro Command semi-powershift transmission and the new TD5 tractor range.

Designed to be an extension of the T5 range and fitted with the Electro Command, the new three-model range is in the 99hp–114hp power band. The transmission provides 16 forward and reverse gears and allows the driver to select up to eight gears using upshift-and-downshift buttons without moving the gear lever.

The new TD5 tractor range, which tops out at 113hp, is fitted with New Holland’s new VisionView cab and also employs a hydraulic powershuttle – a first, claims the manufacturer, for this power sector.
