Agritechnica 2025: Sky Falcon spreader goes high-tech
© MAG/Oliver Mark The latest trailed granular spreader from French outfit Sky offers tool-free switching from granular to bulk products such as lime and Fibrophos in just seven minutes.
Another upgrade for the Falcon T range is a move from a monocoque to separate chassis construction, which allows more weigh cells to be fitted – four on smaller models and six on the largest.

A steering axle is also offered, as is a hydraulic jack, storage box and hand washer. Plus, there’s the option of adding a height-adjustable drawbar and electrically operated cover.
Buyers get the choice of four models – 100, 130, 160 and 240 – all of which can spread to widths of 52m. The 130 is likely to be the best seller in the UK.
For maximum spreading accuracy, the firm has created a new FertiEye system. This uses a special sampling tray that operators load with the product they are applying.
Using a smartphone camera and dedicated app, this sample is carefully analysed before updated settings are sent directly to the spreader.
