Lamma 2019: Team Arian mounted sprayer
Whether you want a simple sprayer that gets the job done with the least amount of effort or something a lot more sophisticated, manufacturers at the Lamma show will have a solution.
We asked sprayer manufacturers for their guidance on what’s new and innovative at the 2019 event.
Team (Hall 9)
The focus for Team Sprayers is the re-designed Arian tractor-mounted sprayer, which has a rotary moulded tank in three sizes up to 1,800 litres, replacing the older fibreglass version which topped out at 1,500 litres and weighed another 275kg.

There is also a new-look compact boom that folds inwards to a vertical position behind the tank and is made of steel tube with a three-dimensional structure for strength across working widths up to 24m.
A revamped stability system is designed to further improve the sprayer’s ability to keep boom movements in check, on both the compact and side-folding boom options.
The Arian 2 has a new two-stage valve operating system designed to keep wastage to a minimum and is available with auto electronic spray rate control, GPS boom section on-off control, individual left- and right-hand boom height operation and 1,000- to 1,500-litre front tanks.
