Mouse trap-sized Meta Trak tracker fits to any machine
The Pulsar+ © Meta Trak A mouse trap-sized wireless tracker that can be quickly moved between machines is the latest security gizmo from Middlesex-based Meta Trak.
The Pulsar+ comes with a built-in battery that will last for up to three years and which is recharged via a USB-C connector. As there’s no ignition-linked wiring and it runs off a 4G mobile connection, owners can shift it freely between assets according to their risk of theft.

They can track its location through an app and are sent an alert when motion is detected. The system will then log the trip start and end co-ordinates, and provide automated updates during the movement.
There’s also a “security mode” that, when enabled, will send unauthorised movement alerts to a 24/7 operations centre, which will track the asset and liaise with police to help with its recovery.
The unit is IP67 rated for water and dust resistance and measures just 92x44x29mm.
