Iseki adds 40hp TH5420 to its compact tractor line-up

Having dropped the 80-100hp TJA series models from its range, Iseki is once more focused on its core compact tractors and will introduced the new TH5420 at Lamma in January.
This 40hp model is powered by a three-cylinder Iseki engine compliant with European Stage 5 emissions rules and driving the tractor through a three-range hydrostatic transmission.
That should make it a handy tool as a muck-scraping tractor in pig units or tight cow cubicle buildings, as well as for commercial horticulture applications, both outdoors and inside polytunnels or glasshouses.

Refinements include “soft start” two-speed power take-off with regular and eco 540rpm shaft speed for different rear-mounted implements, wet disc brakes and power steering with a dedicated pump supplying the front axle cylinder.
The main hydraulics package serves up 29-litres/min for spool valves and the 1,200kg Cat 1 rear linkage, operated from inside a cab or open platform.
