Lower cost Farmall C ManualDrive rejoins Case IH line-up

After a brief period off-sale, Farmall C tractors running the simple 12×12 ManualDrive gearbox are back in the Case IH fold with driveline and digital tech upgrades.
Easily recognisable thanks to the new family-look engine hood styling, the trio of 100hp, 110hp and 117hp machines offer a lower priced alternative to the Farmall C ActiveDrive models (which start at 90hp) and their 24×24 two-speed powershift transmission.

Updates to both driveline units include the ActiveClutch brake-to-stop function, enabling operators to bring the tractor to a halt using only the brake pedals.
The feature is especially useful for loader work, round baling and negotiating a road junction.
In addition, the ManualDrive now has an electronic power shuttle with response modulation, so users can adjust how aggressively forward-reverse shifts are carried out.
Bigger footwear
Taller 540/65 R38 rear tyres can be installed for the first time, providing a longer footprint than the previously largest 540/65 R34 rubber, for increased traction potential and to help spread the load of the Farmall Cs, which can operate at up to 7t gross vehicle weight.
Inside the cab, operators will find a new digital instrument panel with readouts that automatically adjust their brightness to the ambient light level.
Class 2 isobus plug-and-play implement control is available, along with factory-installed guidance.
Data collected by the isobus kit is automatically uploaded to the FieldOps cloud-based farm fleet and enterprise management platform for streamlined record-keeping.
