Massey Ferguson’s popular 5S tractors are now available with a stepless Dyna-VT transmission as an alternative to the Dyna-4 or Dyna-6 semi-powershifts.

This option is offered on all five models in the range, from the 105hp 5S.105 to the 5S.145 of 145hp, in either middling Efficient or fancier Exclusive spec.

With it come two virtual speed ranges, which can be used to limit forward speed and improve throttle control for tasks such as baling, and park brake engagement on the shuttle.

The tractors are otherwise unchanged, with a 4.4-litre Agco Power engine, 40kph top speed, 6t rear lift and 110 litre/min hydraulics.

Deliveries are expected to start in June 2026.
