Willow unveils new Duncan drill
Willow Farm Machinery has expanded its range of New Zealand-made Duncan drilling kit with the introduction of the AS18 seeder.
The machine is built on the well-established Duncan Eco Seeder and shares the same chassis. Front disc openers lead 18 rows of Tungsten-tipped ‘T’ boots and 25mm coil tines. Rows are spaced at 148mm and there’s just one sowing width – 2.7m – but it can be ordered in trailed or mounted form.
It’s no surprise to see a 400-litre Stocks hopper on the top and a vari-speed control box allows operators to adjust the seeding rate at a given forward speed.
Transport width is 3m and prices start at £14,000.
