Agricultural sales up 13% at AHP

US pharmaceuticals company American Home Products saw agricultural product sales rise 13% in the fourth-quarter.

The group as a whole beat analysts estimates of earnings by 1%, but the company reported a 1% fall in sales to $3.2 billion (£1.9bn).
