Agrochemicals decline at Zeneca

OPERATING profits from Zenecas agrochemicals division declined by 3% to £216m, hit by a collapse of herbicide sales in south-east Asia.

But fungicide sales grew by 45% on the back of a strong performance from Amistar, whose sales grew to £177m.

Zeneca said like-for-like profits from agrochemicals were up 13%.
