Over 4000 sheep were penned at Corby Glen Fair in Lincs on Monday. The event comprised two separate sales, running simultaneously. Escritt and Barrell ran one, highlights at which were theaves to £99.50 and stores averaging £39.60. Meanwhile, just a few yards away Scorer Clay Richardson were selling North Country Mules to £93 and stores to £45.70. "You could throw a cricket ball from one sale field to the other," said one auctioneer.
