The age-old practice of grazing cereal crops with livestock still happens at Chilton Park Farm, Brill, Bucks, where Caroline Morris watches over February lambing Suffolk cross shearling ewes and lambs grazing Equinox winter wheat. Ewes and lambs will graze all 40ha (100 acres) of winter wheat and barley on farm to keep ewe feeding costs down, before the flock moves on to grass leys later this month.
