&#8226 JUST in time for Christmas, Cluttons Haywards Heath office is marketing a small Chistmas tree plantation at Cowfold, West Sussex. Extending to almost 13 acres the site is planted with 35,000 Norway Spruce and 25,000 of the popular Nordman Fir. The asking price is about £125,000 and agent Mark Taylor reckons the business could have an income of up to £20,000 a year. &#42
