find a new market

OPICO, based at Bourne, Lincs, is now to market the German-built Gehlmax range of articulated wheeled loaders.

The company intends to offer five models, all of which are powered by water-cooled diesel engines rated from 22hp to 47hp. Transmissions are hydrostatic and lift capacities range from 680kg to 1300kg.

Managing director Jeremy Coleclough says he intends to aim the machines at the livestock area where small, manoeuverable handling machines could find a welcoming market. Prices start at £13,000.n

Gehlmax articulated loaders are now marketed in the UK by Opico.
