ATV comfort in the wet

KEEPING warm and dry on an ATV is now possible, says AT Landquip with its new Quad Pod all weather cab.

Said to fit most ATVs, the cab is based on a modular prism-shaped frame with a toughened glass wind-screen, but it is not certified to the ROPS/FOPS (roll-over and falling object protection) standard.

Various degrees of weather protection are available – windscreen only, windscreen with fold-out roof (a hard-top polyethylene canopy is also available), or a full canopy.

Options include windscreen wiper and spring-loaded roller doors – the latter clamp to the roof frame and are pulled across the door area to enclose the cab.

£560 buys the soft top version, while the hard top costs £450. &#42

Keeping out the elements. Quad Pod has been developed to shield the rider from those cold, wet, winter days.
