Baxter’s award from Royal Highland

GORDON BAXTER, chairman and president of Baxters of Fochabers, was presented with a food industry lifetime achievement award by the Royal Highland Society.

Mr Baxter, 80, has spent a lifetime in the Scottish food industry, having developed the company founded by his grandfather more than 100 years ago.

Grampian Country Pork Halls won the supreme title in the Food from Scotland Excellence Awards.
