Belarus tractors to move up hp range
BELARUSS range of tractors is set to expand into the higher horsepower zone next year.
The company reports that it plans to start production of a new 210hp model at its Minsk Tractor plant using transmissions sourced from "leading western producers".
Production of current Belarus tractors would also appear to be on the up, with a claimed 24% increase for the Jan-Aug period when compared with last year.
The plant produced 20,678 tractors during this time, with output expected to reach nearly 2000 units a month by the end of this year. *
