BSE observer says he was right about so-called epidemic

The Daily Telegraph prints an article by a writer who claims
he was right all along that the BSE epidemic was exaggerated.

He bases his claim on a report published last week which showed that
although BSE could pass from cows to humans it was not very efficient at
doing so.
