Buzzer box warning is the weigh to go

IDENTIFYING animals of the required weight range with a buzzer will save operators having to watch a digital display, says Pharmweigh.

The new option for its hands-free indicator allows a specific weight range to be programmed before weighing stock.

Then when an animal weighs within the range set it triggers a loud buzzer, so the operator can concentrate on grading, explains Pharmweigh.

It adds that the weight is also recorded for later management use.

The buzzer box option adds £97.50 to the price of a digital weigh crate conversion kit, loadbars, platform or cell kit from Pharmweigh (0800-0185091).
