Charles: We caused floods

PRINCE Charles believes humanitys meddling with nature has brought about recent flooding and BSE, reports the Daily Express.
He told a conference on medical advances that he had “no doubt” that BSE and present severe weather were “the consequences of mankinds arrogant disregard of the balance of nature”.
The newspaper says the Prince risks once again appearing an opponent of progress.
Controversy has raged over whether the current floods, the worst in some areas in 400 years, are caused by global warning.
