Countryside Bill due in autumn
THE government will unveil its countryside Bill in the Queens Speech this autumn, claims The Daily Telegraph.
The Bill is expected to include right-to-roam legislation, as well as plans for improving the protection of wildlife sites.
There will be stronger powers to protect areas of outstanding natural beauty including a strengthening of the protection on wild species and hedges.
