In association with EPRINEX, farmers weekly is looking for producers who can demonstrate the skills to profit from milk production in the current climate of low milk prices.
Whatever your chosen yield level or management system, this competition is looking for appropriate management of inputs and awareness of key industry and environmental issues.
Entrants shortlisted fromthe questionnaire stage of the competition will enter a roundof on-farm judging, led by Andersons Farm Business Consultants partner Tony Evans, in November. Finalists will be invited to attend thepresentation of the award tothe winner, at the Royal Smithfield Show in London on Tues, Nov 26.

Dairy farming in the new millennium has proved challenging to all producers. But if you can show us you are up to the challenges ahead, we have £2000 up for grabs for the top entrant in our competition.

4 Judges will be appointed by farmers weekly and Merial. Their decision will be final. No correspondence will be entered into.
5 The winner and finalists will be announced at the Royal Smithfield Show and entrants must agree to co-operate in the competitions publicity.
