Dalgety near to cattlefeeds MBO deal


DALGETY is reported to be close to selling Dalgety Agriculture, its troubled cattlefeed business, to a management buy-out led by executive director Paul Kirk for about £50m.


The beef crisis and falling farmers incomes has hit the cattlefeed business.
