Drain cleaner does all the dirty work

FED up with rolling up your sleeves and working drain rods down mucky drains? Then power-tool distributor Ridgid might have the solution in the form of an electric drill powered drain cleaner.

The Kollmann K-39 PF drain cleaner features a built-in power feed which is designed to move cable in and out of drains with diameters from 20mm to 65mm.

Cables are available in 8mm or 10mm diameters and in lengths up to 15m (50ft) and are contained within an interchangeable inner drum for quick and easy cable changes.

Earlier K-38 models can be upgraded with the power feed kit. Price is from £315 (01522-510420).
