PLANNING a renewable energy project should become easier after the launch of a novel computer program by the SAC. REfuel provides for the rapid assessment of renewable energy for a farm or rural business.

Advisers trained in its use can provide farmers and other clients with independent factual information to help them make decisions about the opportunities available, says SAC.
