Tory farm spokesman breaks his leg while feeding his cattle

Conservative farm spokesman Jim Paice has broken his leg while feeding cattle on his small-holding.

The Cambridgeshire MP fell off a bale of hay and snapped a bone in his shin.

A spokeswoman for the Conservative Party said the injury had not stopped Mr Paice from working as he could still “hobble around” the House of Commons.
