Farmer cleared of selfish tractor-driving

NORTH Yorkshire farmer Ian Voakes, 50, of Killinghall, was cleared of
driving his tractor “without reasonable consideration” at Harrogate Magistrates
Court.

He had allegedly caused a queue of 100 vehicles by driving his tractor at
15-20mph. But he told magistrates he had pulled over to let traffic pass on the A59.
