Farmer in claim on animal deaths
A farmer is refusing to pay an electricity bill of £6,500 because he
blames Scottish Hydro-Electric for electrocuting more than 100 animals
in his fields.
David Edwards blames the 40 electricity poles on his land for the
deaths of sheep, cattle and a sheepdog.
He launched a civil action against the electricity company two years
ago.
