Food Agency launch ‘next year’
THE Food Standards Agency will be launched in the first half of next year, confirmed agriculture minister Nick Brown last night.
Mr Brown told MPs the agency would be “independent, open and responsive” to consumers concerns and the chief source of policy advice to ministers.
