Frost-free Brazil hits coffee futures

BRAZILS coffee crop escaped from a forecast frost over the weekend, but the escape has caused coffee futures to fall.

On the London International Financial Futures and Options Exchange, November robusta coffee fell $50 or 3.5% to $1360/t. Arabica coffee was also weaker in New York.
