Gauge to displace computer control
BUCKING the trend towards ever-greater use of computer control systems is Dennett Farm Machinery. The company is now marketing a gauge system to monitor the height of combine headers.
The Lokken Cutting Height Gauge comprises a scale stuck to the inside of the cab windscreen and a pointer stick which is attached to the elevator housing. When calibrated, the header height is indicated on the scale by the end of the pointer.
Price of the system is £69. *
