Geest to sell Dutch trading businesses

TWP Dutch produce trading businesses are being sold by the prepared foods group Geest.

De Weide Bilk, the Belgian produce trading company, has bought them for Nfl 30 million (£10m).

Geest said the recent rationalisation of the Dutch produce exporting industry meant the businesses would be better placed in a larger group.
