Hard alloy tines last up to three times longer

SPALDINGS claims its Durafaced soil-engaging tines can last up to three times longer than conventional spares.

Reducing operational costs and downtime, the tines are constructed from hard metal alloys which are applied to wearing faces before final heat treatment.

The tines, according to Spaldings, are doubled dipped to achieve even greater wear resistant characteristics.

This is claimed to ensure the alloys make a solid bond to the parent metal and will not crack or shatter.

The Durafaced tines can be delivered anywhere in the country the day after an order has been received says the company. (01522-500600) &#42
