LINCS-based potato packer, Branston Potatoes has taken over the Somerset-based Stemwest Produce to form the largestsupplier of pre-pack potatoes for Tesco. With a throughput of 2000t a week the enlarged companywill supply customers 12 monthsa year. Both companies are partners in seed potato business,Pseedco.
