uNEW Holland is to acquire a 35% share in Flexi-Coil, Canadas largest farm implement manufacturer. New Holland will eventually acquire the majority interest in Flexi-Coil, maker of air-seeding systems – a technology used on 80% of Canadian farms. A spokesman for the firm said air-seeding had potential in the UK as it was faster, cheaper and more precise than conventional methods.
