&#8226 REVERSIBLE ploughing enthusiasts will need to put a date in their diary – Sept 25/26. That is the time when the 1998 European Reversible Champion-ships will be held in Wales at Lower Harpton Farm, Walton, Presteigne, Powys. The event will be held in conjunction with the All Wales Ploughing and Hedging Championships.
