IN BRIEF
• DALE House Farm, Withybrook, Rugby, has sold within a month of coming on to the market. The quick sale, which achieved in excess of the £1.6m guide, was driven by keen interest from a local landowner with roll-over funds to invest, according to agent Tim Ball.
• CONTRACTS have been exch- anged for Rosewastis Farm, St Columb Major, Cornwall. Brought to the market last autumn by Stratton & Holborow and B&M the 200-acre unit fetched £1m. Peter Fletcher says the key to the sale was a grade 2 principal residence and a variety of stone and slate farm buildings with conversion potential.
