MAFF keen to have support
AS a memebr of the Ministry of Agriculture Fisheries and Food, I must pass
comment on the possible closure of up to five of the RSCs around the
country.
Although I am obviously worried about my own job, I also have
grave fears for British Agriculture.
On a daily basis I talk to many of
the Farming community, and although they may be frustrated with the red
tape involved we seem to have a very good working relationship, and I feel
that farmers welcome having a friendly voice to talk to and one who can,
hopeully, provide an answer to there queries.
All of the staff I work
with care about what happens in British agriculture, and at this time we
would be very grateful for your support to keep us working for you.
