Make sure our posters convey key messages

WANT to show your support for the Liberty and Livelihood March on September 22?

Well, what better way than by pinning the poster on the opposite page somewhere prominent in the run-up to the March? And then, if youre attending the event in London, why not put it on a placard and take it then, too?

This is the first of three such posters that well be providing in Farmlife over the coming weeks. Each will have a slightly different message, but theyll all express key messages the many marchers want to get across.

It might be the terrible state farmings in thats worrying you. It might be that you think you should have the right to make your own mind up about hunting. It might be the disappearance of farming and other rural-based jobs thats concerning you.

Whatever youre concerned about, pin up a poster today and show your support for the March and your solidarity with the marchers. Stick up a poster – and youll be sticking up for farming.

Fancy a tenner?

farmers weekly can put £10 in your pocket if you are photographed carrying one of our protest posters at the Liberty and Livelihood March in London on Sun, Sept 22.

Our photographers and journalists will be on the March looking for people carrying posters. If your photograph is published in our News or Farmlife Sections, contact us and we will send you £10 for every person in your party pictured.

So, carry your protest poster with pride. Its a great way of letting Britain and the world know how rural people feel about the treatment meted out by the government. And if we use your photograph, contact us to claim your tenner.
